Privacy Policy
Evocatio Innovations LLC runs this site. We collect as little as we can get away with, and the short version is that the only personal information we ask for is what you type into the contact form.
What we collect
Information you send us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, what you are interested in, and your message. All four fields go straight into an email to us. Nothing is stored in a database, because we do not run one.
Basic server records. Vercel, who host this site, keep standard request logs that include IP addresses, browser type, and which pages were requested. We use these only to keep the site running and to investigate problems.
A brief record of your IP when you submit the form. To stop automated abuse, our server remembers the IP address of recent form submissions for about ten minutes and then forgets it. This is held in memory only and is never written to disk or shared.
What we do not collect
This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising pixels. We do not build profiles, we do not track you across other websites, and we have never sold personal information and do not intend to.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to talk through the work you are asking about, and to keep records of our own correspondence. That is the whole list. We will not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the contact form.
Who else sees it
Two service providers handle your message on its way to us, both based in the United States:
- Resend delivers the email generated by the contact form.
- Vercel hosts the site and processes the request.
Beyond that we share personal information only where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
How long we keep it
Messages you send stay in our email for as long as they are useful to the relationship, which for an active or prospective client may be years. Ask us to delete your message and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Email kevindunphy@evocatioinnovations.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; ask and we will honour them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and messages are transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or anything else sensitive through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive during a project, ask us and we will arrange a safer route.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and move the effective date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
